Laura A. Padula

Laura A. Padula, 57 of Annadale, passed away suddenly on Saturday, February 27, 2021, at Staten Island University Hospital South. Born Monday, March 25, 1963 in Brooklyn, New York, she was the devoted daughter of Vincent Fiorica and Dianna (Perritin) Fiorica. Laura a homemaker, led a full life with her family and friends. Laura devoted her time as webmaster For Paradise Stream Resorts as well as a contributor to Excellence Playa Mujeras website, for Excellence Resorts. Laura had a large online Social Media Presence as well and followed up with everyone thru one social media platform or another. When not online Laura loved to travel with her husband Steven and her children. She enjoyed evening's out for dinner, visiting with friends and family and cherished being with her granddaughter Julianna the most., Laura was anxiously awaiting the birth of her second granddaughter Layla, who will be here in May. Laura had an affinity for Jewelry and Makeup especially her Lipstick Collection which currently holds more than 80 different lipsticks. She will be sorely missed by all who knew and loved her. Beloved wife of 38 years to Steven Paula Sr. Loving mother of Samantha Ferenc and husband Richard, and Steven Padula Jr. and wife Sarah. Dear sister of Janine Freitas and Raymond Fiorica. Cherished grandmother of Julianna Ferenc. A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered at 10:00 AM on Friday at Holy Child Church located at 4747 Amboy Road Staten Island, New York 10312. Interment will follow in St. Gabriel's Cemetery, Marlboro, NJ. The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM on Wednesday, March 3, 2021, and from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM on Thursday March 4, 2021at the John Vincent Scalia Home for Funerals, Inc., 28 Eltingville Blvd, Staten Island, New York. Please be mindful due to the current State mandate that a mask must be worn at all times in the funeral home and social distancing requirements must be followed during the services. Due to the current Pandemic a strict 50 person in room policy is in effect, as well as a maximum of 100 people permitted in Church. Please adhere to this policy and allow others to pay their respects as well. Due to the current pandemic circumstances please note: We do not accept deliveries from outside vendors for bakery products, fruit baskets, and floral arrangements until further notice.
