Thomas Guglielmo

Thomas Guglielmo, 68 of Annadale, passed away on Friday, May 7, 2021, at Richmond University Medical Center. Born Tuesday, February 17, 1953 in New York, New York, he was the son of the late Americo Guglielmo and Anna Teriaco Guglielmo. Thomas was born in Manhattan but spent his childhood in Brooklyn, where he attended Brooklyn Technical High School. He worked most of this life as a butcher. He was the beloved husband of Linda. They would have been married for 42 years this June. Together, they raised their two children, Michael and Amy. Thomas loved to cook. He always looked forward to cooking for the holidays and having his family over. He was a sports fan who loved to watch the NY Mets and NY Giants play. Tom enjoyed bowling. He began bowling in high school and continued to play throughout his life. He was thrilled to have bowled a few 300 games. He was in a men's league at Showplace Entertainment Center. He also enjoyed bowling in a mixed league with his wife, Linda during the summer at Showplace. In his spare time, he enjoyed off track horse betting and taking trips to Las Vegas with his wife. Tom lived his life for his family and he enjoyed spending time with his three grandchildren.He will always be remembered for his loud and infectious laugh that could light up a room. Thomas was truly loved by everyone and will truly be missed by all. Thomas is survived by his Beloved Wife Linda Guglielmo, his son Michael Guglielmo and his wife Theresa, his daughter Amy Sciulla and her husband Vincent, 3 grandchildren Madison, Nicholas and Brandon, along with his brother-in-law and sister-in-laws and many cherished nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his brother Alex who passed three days before him. A Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10:30 AM on Friday at St. Thomas The Apostle Church located at 6135 Amboy Rd Staten Island, New York 10309. Interment will be in Resurrection Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM on Thursday, May 13, 2021, at John Vincent Scalia Home for Funerals, Inc., 28 Eltingville Blvd, Staten Island, New York.
