Angelina Mazzella, 100 of Staten Island, New York died on Tuesday, December 29, 2020, at Residence in Staten Island, New York. Born Wednesday, October 6, 1920 in Brooklyn, New York, she was the daughter of the late Fortunato Fiumano and Teresa (Mussolino) Fiumano. Angelina, a homemaker, was immersed in her family she devoted her life to her 6 children and all of her grandchildren and great grandchildren and relished her role now as great-great grandmother , being the head of 5 generations. In her free time, Angelina was an excellent card player and enjoyed crossword puzzles which she was doing up until last week. She was the beloved wife of the late Frank Mazzella. Loving mother of Camille Denti, Theresa Camarda, and the late Anthony ''Butchie'' Mazzella, Joan Tramantana, Barbara Esposito and Frank Mazzella. Cherished grandmother to Charles, Frank, Debra, Anthony, Cathy Ann, Joseph, Frankie, Maria, Juliana, Anthony Frank, David and Richie Tom, . Dearest great grandmother and great great grandmother to many. Fond mother in law, sister and friend to all who knew her A Funeral service will be held at 4:00 PM on Saturday at John Vincent Scalia Home for Funerals, Inc. located at 28 Eltingville Blvd Staten Island, New York 10312. The family will receive friends from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM on Saturday, January 2, 2021, at John Vincent Scalia Home for Funerals, Inc., 28 Eltingville Blvd, Staten Island, New York. Please be mindful due to the current State mandate that a mask must be worn at all times in the funeral home and social distancing requirements must be followed during the services. Due to the current Pandemic a strict 30 person in room policy is in effect, as well as a maximum of 40 people permitted in Church. Please adhere to this policy and allow others to pay their respects as well. Due to the current pandemic circumstances please note: We do not accept deliveries from outside vendors for bakery products, fruit baskets, and floral arrangements until further notice. Floral Arrangements can be purchased from our in house floral designers who work under the most stringent sanitary conditions which include temperature checks, mask wearing, distancing and protective clothing.
