Ina C. Wishman Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

Ina C. Wishman, a lifelong resident of Staten Island, passed away on July 28. She was 72 years old. Ina was a free spirt with an infectious smile and laugh. She was a devoted daughter, sister, aunt, and friend. Ina was kindhearted and loved helping people and making others feel special. She was loyal and everyone knew she could always be counted on. Ina loved Jazz Music, dogs, going on cruises, and QVC shopping. Most of all, she loved spending quality time with family and friends, and treated all the children in her life as her own. She dedicated her career to helping people with developmental disabilities at Community Resources. Ina graduated high school from Richmondtown Prep. She went on to attend Buffalo State College and earned a Bachelor's Degree from the College of Staten Island. Ina is survived by her mother, Selma Grabsky; sister Elyse Smith and her husband, Bill; brother Steven Wishman and his wife, Randy; niece, Eve Cannon D'Onofrio and nephews, Max and Josh Wishman, and their families. A Funeral service will be at 10:30 AM on Monday at The John Vincent Scalia Home For Funerals, Inc. located at 28 Eltingville Blvd. (at Eltingville Station) Staten Island, New York 10312.
