Kathleen A. Tortorella

Kathleen ''Kathy'' A. Tortorella, 64 of Rossville, passed away on Tuesday, April 19, 2022, at Staten Island University Hospital South. Born on March 11, 1958, in Brooklyn, New York, she was the daughter of the late Catherine Tozzi and the late Thomas Tozzi. Kathy moved to the Rossville section of Staten Island in 1993 and has lived there since. Kathy was the devoted wife to Jerry Tortorella. Loving mother to Jennifer Ricciardi and son-in-law John Ricciardi, and adoring nana to Adriana and Johnny Ricciardi. A homemaker, Kathy was dedicated to her family. You would always find Kathy doing activities with her husband or at her daughter�s house spending quality time with her grandchildren. Kathy was special and made a lasting impression on everyone throughout her entire life. Kathy would love to go out with family and friends, and you could always find her at the center of a dance floor. Kathy was vibrant, full of life, and always there when anyone needed her. The family will receive friends from 2:00 - 5:00 p.m. and 7:00 - 9:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 21, 2022, at the John Vincent Scalia Home for Funerals, Inc., 28 Eltingville Blvd, Staten Island, New York. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 9:30 a.m. on Friday, April 22, 2022 at St. Thomas The Apostle Church located at 6135 Amboy Rd Staten Island, New York 10309. Interment will follow in Oceanview Cemetery, Staten Island, NY.
