Lillian Murphy of Princes Bay passed away on Sunday November 15, 2020. Born and raised in Staten Island she was a graduate of McKee High School. She worked for many years at the Wall Street branch of Manufactures Hanover Trust. She the worked at the Pathmark store on Richmond Avenue for many years as a cashier. She was a simple woman who enjoyed just spending time with her family, which was paramount to her. She is survived by her childreb Debra and Patrick Murphy, her borther Joseph Piciocco, her 5 grandchildren and her 3 great grandchildren. She was pre deceased by her husband Thomas and her parents Joseph and Frances Piciocco. A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered on Thursday at Our Lady Star of the Sea Church at 10:15 am. Interment will follow in St. Peter's Cemetery. A gathering of family and friends will be held on Wednesday from 5-9 pm. Please be mindful due to the current State mandate that a mask must be worn at all times in the funeral home and social distancing requirements must be followed during the services. Due to the current Pandemic a strict 40-50 person in room policy is in effect, please adhere to this policy and allow others to pay their respects as well. Due to the current pandemic circumstances please note: We do not accept deliveries from outside vendors for bakery products, fruit baskets, and floral arrangements until further notice. Floral Arrangements can be purchased from our in house floral designers at who work under the most stringent sanitary conditions which include temperature checks, mask wearing, distancing and protective clothing. We must protect the families we serve, our own families and staff who operate the funeral home.
