Diego Martinez, 24 of Port Richmond, passed away on Tuesday, October 11, 2022, at Richmond University Medical Center after a short illness. Born Saturday, June 27, 1998 in Staten Island, New York, he was the beloved son of Juan Martinez and Lucila Ortega. a devout catholic Diego and his family were parishioners of Our Lady of Mt Carmel-St Benedicta. Born and raised in Staten Island , Diego was a recent graduate of Great Kills Highschool, He was a talented artist, and a loving and devoted son and brother. He will be truly missed by all who;s lives he touched. in addition to his parents, he was the cherished brother of Larry Martinez, Sara Martinez and Sonia Martinez. A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered at 5:00 PM on Monday at OUR LADY OF MT. CARMEL - ST BENEDICTA - ST MARY OF THE ASSUMPTION located at 1265 Castleton Ave Staten Island, New York 10310.Private Cremation to follow.
