Robert Gerard Moore

It is with deep sadness but great love that the family of Robert Gerard Moore, announces his death on February 6, 2021, after a sudden illness. Rob will forever be remembered by his mother and best friend, Ann Marie Moore; his siblings Kelly, Patrice (Don) and Ryan and his nephews Kyle, Dylan, Kevin, Johnny and Danny. Rob was predeceased by his father Richard and his sister Karen. Rob will also be fondly remembered by his aunts, uncles, numerous cousins and all his friends and housemates from A Very Special Place. Rob was a music lover and collected music in all forms. His favorites were The Doors, The Beatles and of course Billy Joel. Rob liked painting, bowling, doing puzzles and making scrap books. He always had at least two with him. Rob had a great sense of humor. He loved to tease and be teased and always got the joke, because he knew that he was deeply loved. A gathering of family and friends will take place at the John Vincent Scalia Home for Funerals on Friday February 12, 2021 from 5pm-9pm A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered at 11:00 AM on Saturday at Our Lady Star of the Sea Church located at 5411 Amboy Road Staten Island, New York 10312.
